Terms of service
By submitting your order and authorizing the charges on your card, you are agreeing to the following terms:
- I agree to the Bus Rules as specified on the Ross Valley Yellow Bus program website.
- I agree to the Disciplinary Policy as specified on the Ross Valley Yellow Bus program website.
- There are no refunds, including a situation where the student’s bus pass has been revoked due to not following the aforementioned Bus Rules. The only exception is if your child moves away from the District. Your refund will be pro-rated based on the number of months left in the school year.
- If I have chosen the "Pay in Two" option, I acknowledge that I authorize Marin Transit to send me a second invoice that must be paid before my pass will be issued. Failure to pay my second invoice will result in my pass being cancelled and my original payment being forfeit.
By submitting your order and authorizing the charges on your card, you agree to the following disciplinary policy:
- Violations of any Bus Rules or the Marin Transit Code of Conduct may result in verbal warnings or notice sent to student families. All violations will be reported to the school immediately.
- The school will take appropriate disciplinary action. Riding privilege can either be suspended or permanently revoked without refund at any time.
- Depending on the violation, your child may be entered into a separate, progressive disciplinary process with the school.
- Parents or guardians are financially responsible for any vandalism caused by their child.
I acknowledge that the credit card I am using to make this purchase will be active, valid and have sufficient funds available during the entire term of the payback period. If for any reason my payment is declined, I will provide an alternative, valid payment method. I understand that my child’s pass will be revoked if a payment is more than 30 days past due. I understand that refunds or cancellations will only be allowed if my child moves away from the District.
